Craigmore Sustainables is delighted to announcement the appointment of Annika Streefland to its GP Boards.

Annika brings significant experience in human capital and business development, having spent much of her career building leadership talent at CEO, C-suite and board level.

Before transitioning into a career as a professional director and Board services adviser, Annika was General Manager People & Culture at Contact Energy and prior to that she established the New Zealand office of Korn Ferry International as Managing Partner.

She is now on the board of New Zealand Opera, a member of Global Women and founder/owner of Kopuwai Delta Vineyard in Central Otago.

GP Board Chair, John Holland says as Craigmore looks to grow having someone with Annika’s capabilities on the board will be essential.

“People are central to our business and to have someone with Annika’s skills and experience in people and human resource management will ensure we are equipped to provide support and recognition to our people and are appropriately resourced for the future.

“Annika’s passion for the agricultural sector and her experience in developing leadership talent makes is for an excellent alignment to Craigmore and we are thrilled to have her join the board.” said John.

Annika says she was drawn to Craigmore due to its leadership, agricultural diversity, vision and passion for sustainability.

“I have a deep interest in agriculture, and I connect strongly to the values of the people who work in this sector.

“It’s been inspiring to see the phenomenal growth Craigmore has achieved over the last 10-12 years and the development of a strong diversified portfolio.

“The alignment of shareholders to the vision of kaitiaki and Craigmore’s sustainability principles strongly resonates with me.” said Annika.
