David brings a wealth of experience in forestry acquisitions and management, fund administration, valuation and analysis. He has been involved in projects in New Zealand, as well as overseas in Australia, South America, South East Asia and the United States. David has a degree in Forest Science from the University of Canterbury, and is studying for a Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance.
David lives in the Okuti Valley on 10 acres with Bronwyn and a mongrel hound called Milly, where they look after a further 10 acres, run a few sheep, plant natives and photograph native birds on the property. In his spare time, he is an avid skier and supporter of the ski clubs of Canterbury. He has also been known to venture to the high latitudes by sailboat.
