We are now searching for an Assistant Orchard Manager to help lead the team and assist with the day to day operational and management duties to meet production, cost, and quality targets.

Competencies required to be successful include:

  • Extensive experience working in an apple orchard environment, preferably in a Foreperson or Assistant Manager level position
  • Ability to manage and implement export spray programmes
  • Strong collaborative leadership skills
  • Knowledge and experience adhering to all relevant operational  and statutory compliance requirements, and all internal policies and procedures
