Craigmore Farming Scholarship

Craigmore offers an annual scholarship for a second/third year student at Lincoln University studying for a Bachelor of Agricultural Science. The $5,000 scholarship gives students the opportunity to work on a Craigmore farm over 3-4 months. At the end of this period, the scholar will use their experience as the basis for a report on their chosen topic.

Each Scholar researches a different topic, often relating to the impact of farms and farming on the wider environment. The findings provide valuable insights to the management team, and topics have ranged from on-farm nutrient management options to the impacts of technology on farm sustainability.
