Pricing:
All prices shown are GST-inclusive wholesale prices for the sizes indicated on the catalogue.
Sizing:
We recommend planting 3-5 eye divisions for quicker establishment and stronger plants. 3-5 eye divisions will have a larger root(s) than 1-2 eye divisions. Please talk to us about our quality standards for the supply of roots if you are not sure what to order.
If you are ordering large numbers of 1-2 eye divisions, please note that these are not the way the plants divide up easily. While we will do our best, it can be difficult to predict numbers of 1-2 eye divisions in advance. Each variety is different, so feel free to discuss this with us.
Availability:
All orders are dependant on availability - for very popular varieties we would prefer you confirm by telephone that we will be able to supply before sending us a deposit, as some varieties sell out very quickly.
Deposits:
A deposit of 10% of the total value of your order (including freight) should be sent with the order form to secure your order. We can charge the deposit to your CRT card.
We will invoice you in January for the remainder, which must be paid by 20 February to ensure that we proceed with digging. We can charge to your CRT card.
Orders not paid for will not be dug. If you cancel your order after 28 February, the deposit is non-refundable. Deposits will only be refunded if we have sold out in the varieties you are seeking.
If you have paid in full, we will only refund your payment or offer alternative stock if we are not able to supply your order.
Refunds and Replacements of Rootstock:
All rootstock remains the property of Craigmore Peonies Partnership until paid for in full. We do not accept liability for rootstock after it has been delivered except in the following circumstances:
If we have supplied you with the wrong variety, we will replace with the correct one. However, we will require you to return the incorrectly labeled divisions to us the following autumn, in at least as good condition as they were supplied, for exchange. We advise letting some or all of the plants flower in the first season to ensure that the varieties are true to name.
If more than 5% of the plants fail in the first season, we reserve the right to inspect, or arrange for an independent inspector, to establish the cause of failure. We will only replace divisions if it can be clearly shown that the problem lies with the rootstock supplied.
Any refund or replacement is at the discretion of Craigmore Peonies Partnership.
