Craigmore Scholarship

Craigmore offers each year a scholarship for a second/third year student at Lincoln University studying a Bachelor of Agricultural Science. The scholarship, worth $5,000, gives students the opportunity to work on a Craigmore farm over 3-4 months. At the end of this period, the students’ use their experience to produce a report on a chosen topic.

Each year the scholarship has a different topic relating to the impacts our farms have on the environment. The findings provide valuable insights to our farmers, and topics range from on-farm nutrient management options to the impacts of technology on farm sustainability.

Our 2015 application has closed. However, if you are interested in a Craigmore scholarship for 2016 and are passionate about farming and have a real interest in minimising farming’s impact on the land and water, please contact Grace McLeay ( ) and we will notify you when more information is available.
